Urbandapper currently provides shipping to eligible physical addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.).

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

6. Orders, Cancellations & Changes

Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 2 hours of placing it.

Cancellation requests can be submitted to support@urbandapper.shop.

If the order has not entered production or been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your cancellation request.

Approved cancellations before shipment will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is generally no longer available. Eligible products may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 60-calendar-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered.

Eligible standard products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.

• Return Period: 60 calendar days from delivery.
• Return Shipping: Free for approved eligible returns.
• Restocking Fee: $0.00.
• Return Handling Fee: $0.00.
• Refund Processing: Up to 12 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Refund Method: Original payment method.

Personalized or custom-made products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, products received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order remain eligible for appropriate remedies.

For approved standard change-of-mind returns, the original outbound shipping fee is generally non-refundable.

For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products, approved full refunds include the applicable original shipping charges.

Refunds include any applicable tax already incorporated into the refunded product price.
